Roca Bulgaria is pleased to announce that on January 25th in Barcelona, Spain, Roca Corporation has signed a joint venture agreement with Cosmic Group, by means of the acquisition of its 50% capital. Cosmic is a Spanish company that manufactures and commercializes accessories, furnitures and other bath high-quality products.

The aim of this alliance is to join forces for boosting the Roca range in these products and for becoming the European market leader and the most valuable supplier of accessories and furniture of top-range bath products.

The Cosmic Group which has factories and product development plants in Caldes de Montbui (Barcelona) and Shunde (Guandong - China) will be incorporated in the Roca Bathroom Products Division.

At present, Roca is a world leading manufacturer of sanitary ware bathroom products. The brand has factories in more than 20 countries. Roca sells its products in more than 125 countries. In Bulgaria the brand has a leading market position and the company is the largest industrial Spanish investor.

Roca's objective is to anticipate the consumers' preferences with regard to the bathroom in order to implement them in the new generations of products.
