Winslow Gardens, a gated residential development in Bulgarian capital Sofia, will be granted Friday a First Class Investor certificate by the local investment promotion authority. The 200 mln lev investment will be deployed in five stages with final completion scheduled for end-2009.
The 22,000 sq m Winslow Gardens development, located in the Manastirski Livadi district just off the ring road, will have a built-up area of 44,000 sq m. It will comprise six buildings with a total of 450 apartments, 12,000 sq m internal landscaped park, spa center, gym, swimming pool, restaurant, shops and day-care center. All motor traffic will be routed through underground infrastructure. Only emergency vehicles will have clearance to enter the above-ground compound.
