The local Rac-Sport Depot group Monday announced plans to build a residential complex in Sofia.

The 9 mln lev development, dubbed the Pearls of Mladost, will be located in Sofia’s Mladost residential district. The gated community will occupy a 0.7 ha plot comprising 5 building with a total of more than 150 apartments.
