More and more office buildings have been built in the outskirts of Bulgaria's capital over the last few years. Companies, specializing in trading and those that do not need an every-day cooperation with the administration services, prefer to locate their offices away from downtown rush, reports say. After the increase in the number of foreign real estate investors in the country, a trend to build offices in the city's periphery is now emerging. The areas, far away from Sofia center, have their advantages, since the parking lots there are with a larger capacity and people can reach their offices faster than if they were downtown.
