Bulgaria is a priority and active real estate market, a survey carried out among the participants in the major Imoti real estate expo shows. The 4th edition of the international expo that took place in Sofia April 27 to 29 attracted the attention of more than 120 participants that presented 400 different projects. The forum gathers at a unique venue not only leading real estate agencies, but also banking institutions and municipal associations working in the field of local administration reforms.

The survey carried out by Alpha Research polling agency revealed that 85% of the exhibitors say that Bulgaria is a priority and active real estate market. Most of the participants in the expo are Bulgarian companies and the foreign participants formed 13%. Most of the services presented at the expo were aimed at the final customer.

The search of potential clients was top priority of the participants in the expo, the survey found out. The construction and real estate are among the speediest developing sectors in the country, with a growth of 15-20% on an annual basis.
