The capital of Bulgaria Sofia will choose a new chief architect among 15 contestants, it was officially announced today. Only one applicant was not let into the contest, because he lacked the necessary professional experience of minimum four years.
Candidates also needed to have a university master's degree in architecture. The 15 entrants will have to prepare concepts for the architectural development of the capital's municipality, and submit it by January 10, 2006.
