Bulgaria proved to be a hotspot for resort property investors, as well as those looking to buy residential property in Sofia during a London seminar that ran under the title "Property in Bulgaria. What to Buy...How to Buy". Sofia, with a population nearing 2 million or some 30% of the country's total, is a very attractive location for investments in the real estate sector, said Deyan Kavrakov, CRE, CIPS, CLHMS, CEO of ADIS Ltd, Bulgaria's leading full service real estate company, which participated in the event. During the forum, which stirred great interest among British clients and investors, ADIS introduced its exclusive property selection for sale, and employees of the company personally held consultations with potential buyers.
