The Council of ministers passed the draft for memorandum of Burgas-Alexandroupolis and Burgas-Vljora pipelines. The most probable date for the signature of the memorandum for the first pipeline is the 7 Dec 2004. This was agreed upon at a trilateral meeting held in Athens on 4-5 Dec.
